  • The majority of our products will be shipped via UPS Ground.  Depending on the circumstances, we may from time to time choose to select other carriers.  All shipping as stated on this site is within the Continental United States.  Orders shipped outside the Continental United States are subject to additional shipping and custom paper completion charges.  Notification of those charges will be provided once the original order is placed.  Prior to shipment we will inform you of any additional charges.  Customers wishing to cancel their order may do so and all money will be refunded prior to shipment.  
  • Generally all orders are shipped out within 24 hours unless we are out of stock on any item in the order.  In that case, your order will be shipped out within 10 business days and you will be notified of the expected ship date.  We will do everything possible to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

  • Return instructions will be provided when the MRA number is provided.  This will minimize unauthorized returns and confusion.

Returns for damage or defect

  • 3DWindSpinners is dedicated to providing our customers with the finest products and services. In the event your purchase needs to be returned, we request that you review the following information.

Not Satisfied

  • We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges. If items are removed from their package, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee charged. Please call us at (973)-785-8432 for a return authorization number prior to shipping the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges.

Back orders

  • We typically stock every item we carry and although every attempt is made to maintain adequate product inventory we do occasionally have back order situations.  This is sometimes due to high run rates on quick moving products.  We will contact you to explain the situation and provide some options:

    • 1. We will inform you of the expected due date provided by our vendor.

    • 2. You will have the choice to cancel the backordered items from your order.

    • 3.  You can elect to wait for the entire order to be shipped.

    • 4. You can request a SPLIT shipment where we will ship the in-stock items immediately, and ship the backordered items in a second shipment as soon as they become available to ship. "No additional shipping will be required from you"

Special Orders

  • All order returns where special arrangement are made, such as adjustments to shipping costs, or ordering products not currently in stock will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  


  • All products when shipped from 3DWindSpinners will meet our packaging standards.  When shipping items back to 3DWindSpinners, it is the buyers responsibility to assure it is properly packaged.  

Return Instructions

Return instructions will be provided when the MRA number is provided.  This will minimize unauthorized returns and confusion.

PLEASE Remember
