Shipping
- The
majority of our products will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Depending on the circumstances, we may from time to time choose to
select other carriers. All shipping as stated on this site
is within the Continental United States. Orders shipped outside
the Continental United States are subject to additional shipping and
custom paper completion charges. Notification of those charges
will be provided once the original order is placed. Prior to
shipment we will inform you of any additional charges. Customers
wishing to cancel their order may do so and all money will be refunded
prior to shipment.
- Generally all
orders are shipped out within 24 hours unless we are out of stock on
any item in the order. In that case, your order will be shipped
out within 10 business days and you will be notified of the expected
ship date. We will do everything possible to ship orders as
quickly as possible.
Returns for damage or defect

We want all our customers to
be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not
satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a
full refund less shipping charges. If items are removed from their
package, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee charged. Please call us at (973)-785-8432 for a
return authorization number prior to shipping the merchandise back to us.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition to be eligible
for a full refund, less any shipping charges.

Return instructions will be
provided when the MRA number is provided. This will minimize
unauthorized returns and confusion.
PLEASE Remember
It is mandatory for all
returned items to have the Merchandise Authorization Number (MRA) displayed
clearly on a minimum of 2 sides of the carton. Therefore, you must
contact us prior to shipping any items back to us. This will minimize
confusion, and assure credits and exchanges are handles in the shortest period
